, a growing national subrogation and litigation firm with offices in Hartford, WI; New Orleans, LA; Orange County, CA; Austin, TX; Jacksonville, FL; and Boston, MA, is seeking a reliable and proactive Receptionist & File Intake candidate to join our rapidly growing team at our headquarters in Hartford, WI.
Candidate must be detail-oriented and comfortable with handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Duties and Responsibilities Answer phones and transfer using switchboard Communicate with vendors, clients, and other office visitors Calendar conference room appointments Enter files electronically Calendaring immediate deadlines and notifying the same to the handling attorney/paralegal Update contact records Assist with various data entry across multiple departments Opening and distributing mail Office supply ordering and organizing Other duties as necessary Requirements and Qualifications Professional phone etiquette Written and verbal communication skills Customer service Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with office equipment (printers, scanners, copiers, etc.
) Multitasking and prioritizing Dependability Attention to detail Prior experience in an office setting a plus Hours are 8:
00 AM to 5:
00 PM Monday-Friday.
Salary is negotiable, health/dental/vision insurance provided, 401(k) with employer contribution.
