This position can be part-time or full-time, depending on the candidate's availability and qualifications.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and their furry companions with a warm and friendly demeanor - Answer phone calls and schedule appointments with efficiency and accuracy - Perform basic triage and gather necessary information from clients - Assist veterinary staff by holding animals during examinations and procedures - Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including cleaning cages and kennels - Process payments and manage client invoicing - Provide general administrative support to the veterinary team Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Comfortable handling pets - Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred - Knowledge of veterinary medicine or experience working in a veterinary clinic is a plus Compensation and
