Seeking a reliable, professional and experienced animal lover to do extended stay, in-home dog care for 3 large dogs.
House sits on 40 acres of beautiful land with long trails through the woods to take the dogs.
Experience is required and all references will be called.
Owner goes on work trips throughout the year so this would be an on-going, periodical, on-call position.
IMPORTANT:
- MUST have no other obligations during stay, able to be with dogs FULL-TIME.
- MUST be available for next trip dates during January 6-11, and January 19-24.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional care for 3 large dogs - Follow detailed instructions for feeding, medication administration, and exercise routines - Ensure pets are safe, comfortable, and well-cared for at all times - Clean up after pets and maintain a clean and sanitary environment, outside and inside of the house - Provide companionship and playtime for pets to keep them mentally and physically stimulated - Communicate with pet owner to provide updates on their pets' well-being, with pictures sent every day Skills:
- Experience and knowledge in animal care is required - Ability to handle 3 large dogs - Ability to follow instructions and adhere to specific medical care routines for each pet - Excellent communication skills to provide updates and report any concerns to pet owners - Physical stamina to handle active pets and perform tasks such as walking dogs 3 times a day Job Types:
