You will be professionally answering phone calls, determining purpose of calls, scheduling appointments, working with patient accounts and taking new client information with the highest level of confidentiality in a fast paced environment.
Office & computer experience required.
Set hours are Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays 2:
30pm-7:
30pm, Thursdays 9:
00am-6:
30pm Fridays 8:
00am-5:
00pm in our Hartford office.
Looking for someone who will be flexible to flex hours and pick up hours as they become available in Hartford on Monday-Wednesday.
Job Duties:
Answer multi-line phone system Screen calls and transfer to voicemail system to the appropriate person Schedule appointments in a computerized EHR for 30 providers Work Check-in/Check-out desk Collect copayments and deductibles from clients, write out receipts and give change Schedule follow up appointments for clients checking out Verify Hartford provider charts Take new client information and check benefits Reminder calls Scanning Type up letters Tidy up waiting room Close the clinic on Fridays Pick up extra hours as needed on Monday-Wednesday when available Job Type:
