Property Maintenance Technician

Patriot Properties Patriot Properties Hartford, WI Hartford, WI Full-time Full-time $30 - $35 an hour $30 - $35 an hour We are currently seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders, unit turns, and other required tasks.
This position will be located in the Hartford, Wisconsin and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion Estimate time and extent of repairs Perform routine preventive maintenance Maintain material and supply inventory Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary Perform upgrading and updating of apartment units during turnovers On call duties to respond to maintenance emergencies on a rotating basis (every 8 weeks currently).
Qualifications:
Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields Knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices Ability to handle physical workload Deadline and detail-oriented Ability to travel up to 40 miles (GENEROUS mileage reimbursement) Valid Driver's License and car insurance Own a cellphone (smartphone) Company tools provided Job Type:
